The Embodied Man Retreat is a recurring men's retreat on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, that has run many editions at venues such as the Jade Temple. It centres on embodiment, presence, and personal power.

Rather than talk alone, the retreat uses the body — movement, breath, and physical practice — as the doorway to emotional depth and self-knowledge. The tropical island setting supports an immersive, unplugged experience.
