The Crucible Project is a faith-based nonprofit that guides Christian men through transformational weekend retreats and ongoing growth. Its work is rooted in the conviction that men change most powerfully in community, through honest self-examination and encounter rather than lecture.
The signature initial weekend is an experiential, emotionally intensive retreat that invites men to confront the stories and wounds shaping their lives and to step into greater integrity and freedom. Follow-on groups and advanced work help sustain the change afterward.
Organised into regional communities across the United States, The Crucible Project blends contemplative Christian spirituality with the experiential methods common to modern men's work.
