SEALFIT / Kokoro Camp
๐ USA ยท Encinitas, CA
Overview
SEALFIT, founded by retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine and based in Encinitas, California, applies elite military training methods to civilian mental and physical toughness. Its best-known crucible is Kokoro Camp.
Kokoro is a roughly 50-hour ordeal modelled on the SEAL "Hell Week," designed to push participants far past their perceived limits so they discover the "20X factor" โ Divine's idea that people are capable of twenty times what they believe. Though open to all, it draws a heavily male cohort seeking to test themselves.
Beyond the camp, SEALFIT teaches integrated training of body, mind, and will, and Divine's books and courses have made it a well-known name in the resilience and performance world.
