Sacred Sons

Overview

Sacred Sons is a San Diego–born brotherhood, founded in 2018, that has rapidly become one of the most recognisable communities in contemporary men's work. It has run well over a hundred events across North America, Europe, and Australia, blending ceremony, movement, and physical challenge.

Its flagship is the Embodied Masculine Experience (EMX), a four-day immersion set in nature retreat centres and designed to move men into honesty, brotherhood, and personal transformation. The organisation also runs Prime Leadership for deeper leadership work, shorter urban Immersions, and accessible two-hour Men's Circles as an entry point.

Sacred Sons places strong emphasis on embodiment — using breath, sound, and physical practice alongside emotional processing — and on building an ongoing global network of men rather than one-off events.
