Illuman Europe (MROP)

Overview

Illuman's European chapters carry Richard Rohr–inspired men's work across the continent, offering the Men's Rites of Passage (MROP) in countries including Germany, Great Britain, and the Czech Republic. They are part of the international Illuman family.

The MROP is a five-day wilderness initiation built on universal patterns of male initiation through ritual, silence, and teaching, grounded in a contemplative, cross-cultural spirituality. European communities also sustain ongoing gatherings between rites.

The chapters make this contemplative lineage of men's work available to European men, adapting a shared model to local languages and cultures.
